Contrasting Key Bacteria and Fungi Related to Sugar Beet (Beta vulgaris L.) with Different Resistances to Beet Rot under Two Farming Modes

چکیده
Sugar beet production is threatened by beetroot rot, which can be triggered consecutive monoculture. Previous studies have shown the beneficial function of microbes affiliated with different plant compartments in inhibiting various pathogens. However, whether sugar root recruit particular at risk rot still unclear. Therefore, this study explored composition and community structure bacteria fungi (endosphere root, rhizosphere, bulk soil) under two farming modes (monoculture rotation). Our result showed that mode significantly affected soil. In structures between varieties were similar rotation mode, markedly monoculture mode. The bacterial fungal diversity rhizosphere endophytic rot-suppressive variety was higher than rot-conducive variety. Under as biomarkers enriched rot-resistant variety, e.g., operational taxonomic units (OTUs) to genus Sordariomycetes, Cordycipitaceae, Lecanicillium, Plectosphaerellaceae, S085, Pedosphaeraceae Actinobacteria, Pseudonocardia, Exobasidiomycetes while for OTUs Chitinophagaceae, Flavisolibacter Novosphingobium, Sphingobacterium, Tilletiopsis_washingtonensis, Flavobacterium root. network analysis order Saccharimonadales, Anaerolineae, family Saprospiraceae, Subgroup_10 (belonging Thermoanaerobaculaceae), Lysobacter, AKYG587 keystone taxa both harmful such Pedobacter, Ferruginibacter, P3OB-42, present. variation soil pH critical contributor microbial difference. summary, shaping changing pH. has more relative variety; underlying mechanisms associations are worth further investigation.

Sugar beet (Beta vulgaris L.).
Creating transgenic plants is invaluable for the genetic analysis of sugar beet and will be increasingly important as sugar beet genomic technologies progress. A protocol for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of sugar beet is described in this chapter. Our protocol is optimized for a sugar beet genotype that performs exceptionally well in tissue culture, including the steps of dedifferentia...

متن کاملA morphogenetic crop model for sugar-beet (Beta vulgaris L.)
This paper is the instructions for the proceeding of the International Symposium on Crop. Sugar beet crop models have rarely taken into account the morphogenetic process generating plant architecture despite the fact that plant architectural plasticity plays a key role during growth, especially under stress conditions. The objective of this paper is to develop this approach by applying the Gree...

متن کاملGrowth and dry matter partitioning in sugar beet plants (Beta vulgaris L.) under moderate drought
Growth response of sugar beet plants to drought stress applied at different growth stages has been investigated. Cessation of watering imposed moderate water stress and resulted in the reduction of the relative water content of young and old leaves maximally by 6%. However, water content in taproot was more drastically decreased than in the shoot. Water withholding reduced dry maer accumulatio...
